Field Engineer - 3 month contract Full-time Job

Key points

• 3-month contract starting on 20th January
• 30 to 40 hours per week, including weekends
• Focus on workstation refresh project for a nationwide MSP/Systems Integrator
• $55 to $60 per hour

Job requirements

• 5+ years of IT Support experience
• Experience with Multiple Customers for an IT Services Provider
• Level 2 Support experience
• Technical support with the MS Stack and Windows 11
• Customer service focus
• Reliable and conscientious
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Available to start on 20th January
• Comfortable with weekend work

Job responsibilities

• Travel to 16 Auckland sites and 30 execs working from home for workstation refresh
• Utilize Windows 11, MS Stack, and Hardware skills
• Provide excellent customer communication

Qualifications
