Role Overview

As the Fiji Claims Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping Tower's future in Fiji. Reporting to the Head of Claims Operations, your responsibilities will include leading efforts to embed Tower's culture within the Fiji Claims Teams, implementing best practices, and driving a high-performance culture. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in embedding organizational culture
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry (preferred)
