Job Description - Group Broking Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Brokers, providing guidance, and ensuring exceptional insurance advice delivery to clients. • Develop and manage client relationships for outstanding customer experience
• Drive growth and conversion of new business within the portfolio
• Contribute to business strategy and planning aligned with market trends
• Monitor team performance to achieve and exceed business targets
• Mentor and coach team members for success

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in team coaching and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and drive new business opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5) desirable
