Job Description - Group Broking Manager

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in team coaching and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and drive new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5) desirable
