About the Role

In this key leadership position, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and oversee Variety's finance and operations functions. Your responsibilities will include guiding the organization towards its long-term goals, ensuring sound financial management, and providing strategic insights to the executive team and the Board. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on operational involvement, making it a perfect fit for a proactive and collaborative leader.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a CA qualified professional with a strong background in financial and operational management, along with expertise in strategic business planning. While prior leadership experience is preferred, individuals with a growth mindset and the eagerness to step up to a more senior role are also encouraged to apply.
