Your responsibilities will include guiding the organization towards its long-term goals, ensuring sound financial management, and providing strategic insights to the executive team and the Board. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on operational involvement, making it a perfect fit for a proactive and collaborative leader.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a CA qualified professional with a strong background in financial and operational management, along with expertise in strategic business planning. While prior leadership experience is preferred, individuals with a growth mindset and the eagerness to step up to a more senior role are also encouraged to apply. Outstanding communication skills, technological proficiency, and analytical abilities will be essential for success in this role. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and drive organizational growth, we want to hear from you.
