Finance Manager Full-time Job

Job responsibilities

- Manage the month end closure process to ensure key stakeholders have timely and accurate information. - Review monthly balance sheet and produce rolling balance sheet forecasts. - Manage the internal control framework to minimise weaknesses in line with enterprise and subsidiary policy. - Manage the accounting treatment of capital projects. - Provide P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flows (actual and forecast) in accordance with internal cadence. - Conduct regular reviews and approval of the daily sales reporting (DSR) and other in unit processes. - Lead, manage, develop and motivate the finance team. - Support the enterprise global finance operating model to ensure alignment. - Identify commercial improvement opportunities. - Develop strong internal stakeholder and client relationships.

Job requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance - CPA or CA Qualification - Minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and reporting - Management experience is desirable but not essential - Results orientation - Ability to align resources to accomplish key objectives - Time management - Extremely productive with an ability to set priorities - Business Acumen - Understanding of different functional areas of the business - Leading employees - Ability to attract, motivate and develop employees - Vision and Values - Acts in line with company Vision & Values

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance - CPA or CA Qualification - Minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and reporting
