Responsibilities of the Role

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of audits across a portfolio of clients. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring a high level of client service and long-term client relationships. Your duties will include managing and reviewing field audits, facilitating audit planning, identifying business risks, and supervising audit team members' performance.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Advanced proficiency in fundamental audit skills such as risk management & control, financial analysis, and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical issues in non-technical terms
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and establish strong working relationships with clients
• Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, and team development is preferred
