Job responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Lead accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and audits for both businesses. - ERP Systems: Drive improvements and ensure seamless integration with financial systems. - Contracts: Review and advise on contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Property Management: Oversee financials for the property portfolio, optimizing tenant relations and site management. - Collaboration: Partner with the MD on strategic decisions and contribute to management team discussions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing.

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with ERP systems and payroll processing. - Contract review skills with a focus on financial risk. - Proactive, solution-driven attitude and excellent communication skills.
