Key Responsibilities and Skills

As a Conference & Events Team Leader, you will assist the Conference Supervisor in executing events across our 12 meeting spaces, accommodating up to 350 delegates at a time. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Conference & Events in a similar sized hotel
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
