Located on Princes Wharf in the heart of the wharf hospitality area, Pillo offers full accommodation services across Auckland's CBD and surrounding areas, including luggage storage through its sister company, The Luggage Hotel.

Job Purpose

The primary goal of this role is to ensure operational excellence in guest services, maximizing guest satisfaction, managing bookings and communications, maintaining property integrity, optimizing earnings, and supporting the smooth operation of the business, including front-desk operations at The Luggage Hotel. The role also involves collaborating with the management team to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality customer-facing roles
  • Front desk and reservation experience is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and on-call as required
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, email, and social media
  • Must have a full New Zealand driver's license
  • Legal working rights in New Zealand
