An exciting opportunity is available for Forklift Operators with Reach and Counterbalance certificates to join one of New Zealand's top providers of steel solutions. With over 70 years of trading history, our client is a proud New Zealand company offering a comprehensive range of steel products and services in the market.

Job Details:

Salary: Weekly pay + 8% Holiday Pay

Work Hours: Minimum 40 hours guaranteed

Location: East Tamaki, Auckland

Responsibilities:

• Operating counterbalance and reach forklifts, experience in the steel industry is advantageous
• Loading and unloading materials
• Sorting and placing stock in designated areas
• Stacking pallets
• Moving materials within the warehouse
• Tagging containers with identifying information
• Reading work orders and following instructions accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operating reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Proficient reading and direction-following skills
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Full attendance and adherence to schedules
