We are currently seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Liaising with sales and aftersales teams to manage 'vehicle action plans'
• Inspecting stock for damage and preparing accurate reports
• Coordinating purchase orders and required vehicle work
• Managing compliance tasks like COFs and registrations
• Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed before vehicle delivery
• Efficiently handling stock movement between dealers and suppliers
• Supervising drivers and groomers, prioritizing tasks
• Organizing toolbox meetings with the logistics team

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics
• Class 4 License
