### Key Responsibilities: - **Operate Gantry Cranes**: Safely and efficiently move, lift, and position heavy loads using gantry cranes. - **Load and Unload Materials**: Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. - **Conduct Inspections**: Perform daily inspections of the crane, report maintenance needs, and malfunctions. - **Follow Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. - **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with ground personnel and team members for smooth operations. - **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and incidents. - **Communication**: Coordinate with team members using communication devices for efficient workflow.

### Candidate Requirements: - **Detail-Oriented**: High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks. - **Licenses**: Forklift license and a full Class 1 driver’s license required. - **Dependability**: Reliable, punctual, and committed to work. - **Physical Fitness**: Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job. - **Experience**: Previous experience operating gantry cranes is preferred. - **Willingness to Learn**: Open to training and development, including operating CNC plasma and laser machines.
