It is essential to have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance while ensuring safety by following Site Safe New Zealand guidelines.

Labourers also play a crucial role in insulating buildings, pipes, and ducting, as well as assembling components and stocking shelves in various settings. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are key qualities for this role. Additionally, providing excellent customer service and keeping both customers and the office informed of job progress are important aspects of the job.
