Job Description:

An exciting career opportunity is available for a General Manager People and Organisational Development Lead in a not-for-profit organization based in Tāmaki Makaurau. This impactful role involves leading the development and implementation of a workforce strategy to enhance people capability and growth. The successful candidate will provide HR guidance to the leadership team, offer specialist HR and Change advice, lead a team, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with the GM Māori on recruitment, retention, and training strategies. Additionally, responsibilities include fostering a values-driven work environment, board reporting, and contributing to organizational strategy.
