Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and provide timely advice to managers and staff
• Support managers in employment relations matters
• Assist in recognition, development, and engagement initiatives
• Contribute to projects with the wider People & Capability team
• Maintain employee records and HRIS system

Requirements

• Experience in managing employment relations matters
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Sense of humor
