The Napier Kindergarten Association (NKA) proudly represents 16 kindergartens across Napier, Wairoa, and Haumoana, serving over 650 children aged 2 to 6 years. As champions of high-quality Early Childhood Education, they are deeply committed to advancing the values of the kindergarten movement and shaping the future of education in Aotearoa.    As General Manager, you will be at the helm of this respected organisation, steering it towards an exciting future. Your focus will be on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and forging strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will craft and execute a vision that inspires growth and innovation, while building and nurturing impactful relationships across a wide and varied stakeholder group. Leading with empathy, you will inspire collaboration and bring your team along on the journey. At the same time, you will maintain operational excellence, rolling up your sleeves when needed to ensure success in every corner of the organisation.    We are seeking a dynamic leader who combines vision with action. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a proven track record of leading teams with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. You should be able to think big while managing the details that matter, demonstrating strategic acumen.
