Responsibilities of a Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Giltrap Audi, your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming customers and scheduling service appointments - Documenting vehicle issues accurately - Liaising with technicians for necessary repairs - Providing cost estimates and repair recommendations to customers - Updating customers on service progress - Handling payments and processing invoices - Maintaining detailed service records - Resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly - Collaborating with the service team for efficient workflow

Requirements for the Role

To excel as a Service Advisor, you will need: - A passion for customer service and the automotive sector - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping - Proficiency in computer software programs - Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (preferred) - A valid driver's license with a clean record
