Position Overview: Group Finance Manager

The company is currently seeking a proactive and motivated Group Finance Manager to play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of financial information provided to the Group. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, managing treasury processes, ensuring tax compliance, overseeing insurance matters, and handling budgeting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate for this newly created role will be a technically proficient, CA/CPA qualified accountant, preferably with Big 4 training. This position is suitable for individuals looking to advance into a Finance Manager role for the first time. Additionally, the successful candidate will supervise a Group Assistant Accountant, necessitating strong leadership skills within a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• CA/CPA qualification
• Big 4 training or equivalent commercial experience with complex group structures
• Industry experience or Manager-level and above experience from the Big 4
