Job requirements

- Membership of CAANZ or equivalent - Significant experience in finance and team leadership at a senior level - Experience in complex financial reporting and application of standards - Experience in setting finance frameworks, policies, and standards

Job responsibilities

- Oversee monthly financial reporting processes - Manage statutory & regulatory reporting, tax compliance, investment management, insurance, and treasury functions - Ensure integrity of financial systems - Provide excellence in change leadership - Guide capability-building efforts within the team

Qualifications

- Membership of CAANZ or equivalent - Significant experience in finance disciplines and team leadership at a senior level - Demonstrated experience in financial system implementation and best practice outcomes

Skills

- Excellent communication skills - Proven ability in developing relationships across a business
