Newly Created Head of Health Services Design Role at ACC

The Head of Health Services Design will work closely with rehabilitation service providers and the broader health system to achieve these goals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of the role by collaborating with the Deputy Chief Executive to refine its scope and establish the team structure. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, System Commissioning and Performance, this leadership role offers a unique opportunity to drive positive changes in the health sector.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A proven track record in developing and implementing health initiatives that drive systemic change
• Experience guiding teams through significant transformations
• A holistic approach to problem-solving within the health system
• Creativity in designing solutions for complex healthcare challenges
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on innovation and team engagement
• Understanding and application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
