About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Head of Marketing will have full accountability for the marketing function, with a primary focus on enhancing the company's brand. The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading and developing marketing strategies with a core emphasis on brand elevation and customer growth.
• Creating, implementing, and executing customized marketing campaigns, along with tracking results, reporting, and analysis.
• Driving research and insights by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and presenting strategies to key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement marketing and brand strategies for new and existing products.
• Overseeing media management, communications strategy, budgeting, scheduling, and financial considerations.
• Managing all digital marketing activities, social media channels, websites, and events.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Senior Marketing roles within the Services industry (Financial Services background preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with great attention to detail.
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
• Experience in digital, content, and social media marketing.
• Proficient in data analysis and confident in presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
