Job responsibilities:
Ownership of the strategic direction of sourcing within the Group
Lead the development, implementation, and execution of strategic sourcing policies, strategies, and objectives
Set the standard for supplier engagement by building senior-level relationships with suppliers
Collaborate with the ESG Lead to embed the Group's ESG desires into the business
Work with the wider organisation to drive the company strategic plan
Keep your team and the wider organisation connected through prolific communication and inclusive engagement
Qualifications:
Very strong experience in a senior commercial leadership role
Naturally exceptional at building relationships with multiple stakeholders
A proven leader with the ability to grow and develop a team
Experience in writing and delivering complex contracts with strong commercial outcomes
Skills:
Extensive experience in managing/leading complex projects
Able to contribute to the big picture and able to look outside the industry to innovate
