Job requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work ACT
  • Good knowledge of ACC claim management processes
  • Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety (SiteSafe, HSR course, etc.)
  • Proven administration skills

Job responsibilities

  • Manage top-level relationships with clients, contractors, and internal team
  • Ensure all processes are up to date and follow best practices in Health & Safety
  • Assist in moving clients into prequalification schemes aligned to Tōtika
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new systems
  • Complete audits, reporting, and incident investigations within budget

Qualifications

  • SiteSafe certification
  • Health & Safety Rep (HSR) course completion
  • Incident investigation and risk management expertise
  • Tertiary level H&S Qualification (Certificate in Health & Safety)

Skills

  • Strong communicator and self-starter
  • Ability to work autonomously and be solution-focused
  • Excellent understanding of Incident Investigations
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
