- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in a Health and Safety role in construction industry - Knowledge of NZ Health and Safety regulations and standards - Excellent communication skills - Certification in EHS management is beneficial

Job responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures - Conduct regular site inspections and audits - Provide training and support to staff on EHS best practices - Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with stakeholders to promote safety culture - Prepare and present EHS reports to senior management

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
