Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Health Shuttle service by taking client bookings via telephone
  • Allocating bookings to local volunteers

  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have excellent verbal communication skills, strong administration abilities, and be proficient in MS Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Additionally, a good understanding of Aotearoa's geography is beneficial.
