About the Company:

Join a non-for-profit organization that plays a crucial role in the aviation specialist industry, conducting over 2,000 helicopter rescue missions and flights in 2023. This organization serves the Canterbury, West Coast, and Nelson regions, making a significant impact on the community.

The Role:

As a CRM Specialist, you will report to the Funding and Finance Manager and be responsible for managing CRM systems, financial and payroll systems, fundraising, and general administration support. Your key duties will include donor transaction processing, data reporting and analysis, creditor management, fundraising support, and general administrative tasks.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
  • Proficiency in customer-focused databases and Xero software
  • Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
