Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage requests via Service Desk or incoming calls
  • Provide technical support for all IT systems
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
  • Manage user access to IT systems and provision user equipment
  • Continually assess, improve, and evolve IT systems

Required Skills:

  • Relevant IT qualifications
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft products and operating systems
  • Previous experience in a Helpdesk support role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Computer networking fundamentals and ITIL foundation knowledge
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently
  • Basic understanding of telecommunication technology
