IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd line) Full-time Job

Job Description:

An established company is seeking an IT Support Analyst with a passion for troubleshooting Windows and hardware issues to assist customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in working with Microsoft Windows systems, including Office 365 and Windows Operating System. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with non-technical users and provide desktop support.

Requirements:

• Degree or tertiary qualification
• At least 1 year of commercial experience with Microsoft Windows (365/OS)
• Experience in help desk operations and desktop support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide second-line support including cabling and hardware troubleshooting
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in written English and documentation

Compensation:
