The Opportunity for HR Advisors

KPMG New Zealand is seeking two HR Advisors to join the People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team in Auckland. The role involves providing human resource advice and support to various stakeholders within the organization while ensuring alignment with company policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support on employment relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Participate in projects to enhance the employee experience and organizational culture
  • Collaborate with different PPC teams to leverage collective capabilities
  • Develop and enhance HR policies and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional people experiences

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on employment relations and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders
  • Adaptability and flexibility in various situations
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
