Key Skills Required

• Degree in HR, Law, or Business-related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong understanding of employment relations
• Experience in strategic HR management and project handling
• Familiarity with job evaluation and the health sector
• Proven ability to manage relationships with managers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
