## The Opportunity In light of rapid business growth, we are on the lookout for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued business success. Your responsibilities will include supporting leaders and team members across all HR processes and initiatives, such as employment relations, talent development, and continuous improvement projects.

## Duties and Responsibilities ### HR Systems/Reporting/Filing - Manage and drive adoption for the HR technology stack, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS). - Keep the HRIS up to date and as the source of truth for employee details. - Generate weekly reports for the Operations Manager and monthly reports for the Senior Leadership Team and Board on notable HR opportunities and metrics.

### HR/ER Responsibilities - Oversee the entire lifecycle of people management across the CB Civil Group. - Provide HR advice and support to internal managers and staff. - Lead HR performance management, redundancies, and medical incapacities. - Act as the primary contact for all HR-related employee queries.

### HR Training - Develop and execute regular HR trainings for acting managers. - Create HR resource documents for acting managers. - Manage key training providers and support employee upskilling initiatives.

## About You If you have a minimum of 3 years of HR Advisory experience and a background in construction, manufacturing, or logistics industries, you could be the perfect fit for this role. You should be an HR generalist with a passion for performance management, employee life cycle management, HR systems, strategy, and recruitment. Ambitious, innovative, and able to influence stakeholders, you are detail-oriented, professional, and resilient.
