Job Description:

The position of Hybrid Workplace Senior AV Technician at Ricoh offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals passionate about audiovisual technology. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless AV solutions for clients, collaborating with technical consultants, project managers, suppliers, and customers to facilitate AV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation, onboarding, service, and support of Ricoh’s Hybrid Workplace customers
  • Collaboration with third-party AV programmers
  • Reviewing and signing off on third-party programming
  • Providing customer training and cross-training for engineers and support staff
  • Managing administrative tasks and suggesting team improvements

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Teams Rooms implementation and support
  • AV Control Systems expertise
  • Distributed AV Over IP Solutions knowledge
  • Networked Audio and DSP Solutions proficiency
  • Digital Signage, CMS, deployment, and support experience

Role Snapshot:

  • Provide technical support at a senior level
  • Assist with systems design and implementation
  • Ensure world-class Hybrid Workplace experience for customers
  • Be an escalation point for service and support
  • Onboard and manage third-party programmers
