Your Role:

• Process FCL & LCL shipments
• Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, 3PL providers, and customers
• Manage your customer base and day-to-day operations
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in processing time-critical freight
• Build collaborative relationships with overseas agents, customers, and customs agents

What We Look For:

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have excellent PC skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Possess high professional standards
• Have at least 2 years of NZ Import Operations experience
• Desire long-term stability in a role
• Understand the logistics and Freight Forwarding industry in NZ
