This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $79,000 - $92,000 per annum, along with flexible working options.

About the Role

As the Individual Giving Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing an individual giving program at Spectrum Foundation. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy and Impact, you will have the opportunity to build fundraising programs from scratch, including direct mail and digital appeals, gifts in Wills, and donor acquisition and retention strategies.

This role is perfect for a hands-on fundraiser who is passionate about making a difference for disabled people in New Zealand. You will work autonomously and collaboratively within a small and supportive team, contributing to the growth and success of the fundraising initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a donor-centric fundraiser with a strong understanding of the full fundraising mix. Experience in direct mail appeals, digital campaigns, budget management, and reporting income and expenditure are essential. You should also possess empathy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
