The Opportunity

We are looking for someone to support the day-to-day operations of our Women's Refuges. In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for family harm victims and their children. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the refuge properties, ensuring regular maintenance checks, conducting security audits, and managing essential supplies. You will also be the main point of contact for new residents and liaise with the Property Management company for rental properties.

Your Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with experience in a community setting, particularly in maintaining community homes or facilities. Strong time management skills, the ability to work well in a team, and effective communication are essential. A professional demeanor, proficiency in Microsoft software, and a valid driver's license are also required.
