### Responsibilities As a Technical Infrastructure Team Leader, you will oversee a team of seven, providing technical support, leadership, and human resource management. Your role will involve: - Coaching and mentoring the Infrastructure team for operational excellence - Providing systems administration for desktop solutions and servers - Designing and implementing new solutions and systems - Collaborating with technical leadership and stakeholders to achieve operational goals

### Requirements To excel in this role, you should have: - Team management experience - Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Linux operating systems - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - 10+ years of Microsoft systems administration experience - Knowledge of Azure Cloud and IaaS technologies - A tertiary qualification in computing or engineering
