Job requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of local work experience in Residential architectural design firms - Qualifications: A relevant NZ local qualification in Architectural design - Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Revit; basic skills in AutoCAD - Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with NZ building codes, standards, and NZS3604 - Communication: Good communication skills in both English and Chinese - Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills - Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail - Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in New Zealand

Job responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality, accurate drawings required for consent applications - Contribute to developed and detailed design based on concept design drafts - Ensure all documentation complies with NZ building codes and standards
