Requirements for Successful Applicants

We are seeking intermediate lawyers with a minimum of 3 years PQE, admitted to the roll of Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of NZ, and possessing a current practicing certificate. Ideal candidates will have experience in areas such as immigration, family, employment, or criminal law. Specialization in one of these areas would be advantageous. The ability to provide accurate and accessible legal advice to diverse audiences is crucial, as is the willingness to mentor junior staff and law student volunteers. Collaboration with the senior management team to enhance services and uphold a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi is also key.
