Senior Civil Estimator Position in Auckland

Role Overview:

• Generate pricing and methodology structures
• Manage client relationships
• Identify client needs and provide cost-effective solutions
• Utilize local market knowledge to seek new business opportunities
• Present tenders to clients directly

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in the Civil sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and innovative pricing approach
• Experience with Candy or similar software
• Professional certification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
