About the Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Facade sector. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating all tender documents, accurately measuring and quantifying scope of work, preparing tender submissions, dealing with RFI's, submitting variation pricing, reviewing invoices, and maintaining project budgets.

This role involves handling tenders ranging from $1 million to $5 million per month, making it a challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Construction Project Management (preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrable industry experience, skills, and/or qualifications
• New Zealand Driver’s License
• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand

Location and Compensation

Location: Auckland Central

Salary: NZD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum
