The Role:

• Lead and drive the delivery of digital support services

• Act as the key contact between internal users and IT vendors

What You Will Need:

• Experience in IT services delivery with a focus on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
• Exceptional diagnostic skills and strong communication abilities
• Passion for customer service and achieving delivery service levels
