• Own the backlog and prioritize work items for the development team
• Monitor platform health, performance, security, and user satisfaction
• Identify and lead the adoption of new features for competitive advantage

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in platform management roles
• Extensive knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in team leadership and agile methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives and projects
• Knowledge of platform security principles and best practices
