## Job Opportunity: Unique Investment Role in Commercial Syndication and Financial Advice

By raising capital, they source further investment opportunities through various channels such as direct referrals, accountants, solicitors, and financial advisors. The company focuses on providing investors with a strong return while minimizing risks associated with speculative markets. They have a track record of successful property funds and commercial syndications, as well as interests in mortgage broking and property management. The firm is dedicated to building an independent Wealth Advisory team, making this role a foundational hire.

### The Role: As a part of a specialized capital raising team, the primary responsibility is to network and cultivate investor relationships to increase investment inflow. This involves working with high net worth individuals and providing broader financial advice under the company's FAP license. Reporting to the COO, there is leadership potential to expand the Wealth Advisory team. The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to diversify investment or property-related background in a small but dynamic team environment.

### About You: The ideal candidate will have a confident relationship-building style with a focus on business development. A background in wealth advisory, investment capital raising, investor relations, or property funds management is preferred, along with a passion for developing investor relationships in commercial property/real estate. Holding an L5 investment qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
