Key Responsibilities
As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Updating and maintaining the trust and company database
- Preparing trustee, company, and partnership resolutions, deeds, share transfer forms, loans, and contracts
- Administering invoice payments, distributions, loans, and private equity investment bank account movements
- Onboarding new clients and preparing bank account opening forms
- Drafting resolutions and reviewing due diligence documentation
- Completing annual reviews of all trusts and entities
- Ensuring compliance with New Zealand regulatory laws and practices
- Handling CRS and FATCA ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A working knowledge of how trusts operate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
