Key Responsibilities

As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Updating and maintaining the trust and company database
  • Preparing trustee, company, and partnership resolutions, deeds, share transfer forms, loans, and contracts
  • Administering invoice payments, distributions, loans, and private equity investment bank account movements
  • Onboarding new clients and preparing bank account opening forms
  • Drafting resolutions and reviewing due diligence documentation
  • Completing annual reviews of all trusts and entities
  • Ensuring compliance with New Zealand regulatory laws and practices
  • Handling CRS and FATCA ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A working knowledge of how trusts operate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
