Job requirements:
- 1-year experience as a service desk analyst or superuser in a previous role
- Experience learning and supporting internal business applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong, organized, and methodical approach with a customer focus
- Knowledge of PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft applications, and operating systems
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand and have Permanent Residency
Job responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues involving PCs, mobile devices, cloud, and internal business applications
- Provide application support via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Handle level 1 and level 2 support and own issues from start to finish
- Record call details in the Help Desk system
- Collaborate with the IT Team and suppliers to resolve complex problems
- Conduct software testing, troubleshoot PCs/networks, and perform administrative tasks
- Maintain knowledge of computer and network systems, including internal business applications and cloud services
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand and have Permanent Residency
