IT Support Analyst - Windows Specialist
An established and friendly company is seeking an IT Support Analyst with a passion for troubleshooting Windows and hardware issues to assist customers. If you have at least 1 year of commercial Microsoft Windows experience and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and solve Windows and hardware issues
- Provide excellent customer support with a friendly attitude
- Offer 2nd line support including cabling and desktop/hardware support
- Document technical solutions and provide written instructions
Requirements:
- Degree or tertiary qualification in IT or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial Microsoft Windows (365/OS) experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle non-technical users and provide hands-on desktop support
- Positive attitude and willingness to solve technical problems
