About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Sous Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team at Botany Commons. Our pub-inspired hospitality, infused with an innovative twist on classic dishes, offers a unique culinary experience to our patrons.
- Permanent, full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Flexible roster with weekend availability preferred
- Minimum 4+ years of kitchen experience required
- Responsibilities include stock control, food preparation, and maintaining food hygiene standards
