Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable responsibilities
- Supporting the Financial Controller in month-end duties
- Maintaining system security and controls
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Reviewing and issuing invoices
- Assisting with statutory reporting and taxation, including GST and FBT
- Conducting financial investigations and analysis related to projects
- Driving software enhancements
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong communication skills
