The Role:

As a key member of BDO's Corporate Finance Team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with national and international medium-sized businesses and private equity firms across various industries. Your responsibilities will include financial due diligence, M&A advisory, valuations, capital raising, and modeling. This role offers a chance to lead, make a significant impact, and pave the way towards a Partnership position within the firm.

Who You Are:

- A proactive leader with a passion for driving success - Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality reports - Self-motivated, confident, and eager to mentor and inspire team members - Possess 6+ years of Corporate Finance experience with a similar client base - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and have completed CA and/or CFA certifications - Experience in leading and mentoring staff members
