Job Opportunity: Kahu Taurima Kaiawhina

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in designing and implementing a newly introduced Pacific model of care for maternity and early years. This role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to deliver culturally affirming health services for all fanau.

Responsibilities:

• Support the establishment of an integrated Pacific model of care
• Develop collaborative relationships with other service providers
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
• NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Knowledge of the NZ Health system
• Preference for ability to speak a Pacific language
• Understanding of Pacific culture and health priorities
